The Itel S25 is a new budget friendly device that comes featuring a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen, with a resolution of 1080 x 2436 pixels, and a refresh rate 120Hz. It has a body dimension of 7.3 mm, with a weight of 185 grams. Its design shows the phone coming with a glass front, plastic back and a plastic frame. The phone comes with Bromo Black, Mambo Mint and Sahara Gleam color options.

The Itel S25 is powered by Unisoc T620 chipset, and it’s available in 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage and 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage options. It runs on Android 14 operting system, with itel OS 14.5 skin while packing a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charge.

The device offers a 50MP main sensor on the rear, that is supported by an Auxiliary lens as well as an LED flash. The front offers an 32MP selfie sensor supported by a dual LED flash.
