Itel has officially introduced and launched its latest device, called the Itel S17. This is coming, after the phone was first teased earlier this month. It is the company’s upgrade to the S16 released back in 2020. The device featured a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels. It has a screen-to-body ratio of 81.2 percent and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The phone which has a Scratch Resistant Glass, also comes a 2.5D curved body.
It is powered by the Spreadtrum UNISOC SC7731E quad-core processor, clocked at a speed of 1.3GHz. This is supported by the Mali T820 MP1 graphic processing unit. It is paired with 1GB of RAM, and has an internal storage capacity of 16GB. This storage can be expanded using a memory card. It runs on Android 11 Go Edition, while packing a non-removable 5000mAh battery.
The phone has a fingerprint scanner on the back. It supports 4G LTE, dual SIM, Wifi, Bluetooth and GPS. On the camera angle, the S17 sports a total of three rear cameras and a single front shooter. The back as a combination of 8MP main camera, a 2MP depth sensor, supported by a 0.3MP AI camera lens. The front sports an 8MP selfie camera that supports Face ID.
