Samsung Galaxy A32 Receiving Android 12 Update With One UI 4.1
The Samsung Galaxy A32 is now receiving the Android 12-based One UI 4.1 update. This is coming after the Galaxy A32 5G got the same update last month. The update has firmware version A325FXXU2BVD6 and brings refreshed UI and new features to the smartphone.
The One UI 4.1 update which is currently seeding in India, comes with April 1, 2022 Android security patch. Some of the feature introduced by the new update, include;
- The Gallery app now allows removing date, time, and location information while sharing images. It also creates better stories from your pictures and videos and offers easier album sorting.
- Samsung Keyboard getting animated emoji pairs, a quick access bar for stickers and GIFs, and Grammarly-powered language suggestions.
- Bringing Portrait mode for pets and adds an enhanced document scanning feature.
- Video recording starts as soon as you touch the shutter button in the Video mode.
- Ability to change the audio output location directly from the lock screen.
- Samsung DeX, Edge panels, and picture-in-picture have been enhanced.
- There is now a dedicated Privacy Dashboard, quick setting toggles to enable/disable camera and mic across the system, and privacy indicators for active camera and mic usage status.
- Improved privacy and security on the device
- Option to let apps use approximate or precise locations.
- You get notified when any app or service accesses your clipboard data.
- And a lot more
As mentioned above, the update is currently available to Indian users and should be rolling out to other parts of the globe. If you haven’t received it yet, you can try checking for it manually by heading to your Galaxy A32’s Settings > Software update menu.
