Vivo has announced a new entry level smartphone called the Vivo Y18. The phone features a 6.56 inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels. It comes measuring 163.6 x 75.6 x 8.4 mm and has a weight of 185 grams. It is available in Mocha Brown and Wave Aqua color options.
The Vivo Y18 is powered by the Mediatek Helio G85 (12nm) processor, with support from Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. It runs on Android 14 OS with Funtouch 14 user interface, while packing a 5000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging. The phone comes in 4GB RAM with option for 64GB and 128GB storage option. The storage can be expanded using a microSD card.
For the cameras, the Vivo Y18 offers a 50MP main rear camera that is supported by 0.08MP auxiliary lens. The front of the phone comes with an 8MP wide shooter that can also be used for face unlock.
